In NeueWelt, the human race is split in two, Glarers, who endulge in all of modern technologies, and Flickers, who abstain from it and remain analog. Tensions between the two are rising and Avril Caswell, a corporate flicker, is given an opportunity to help the desperate. This aid falls short and is twisted into more fuel for the fire. A fire that burns on radiation and dopamine.
